Founder & Managing Principal
Connor is the Founder and Managing Principal of Brick Row. Previously a Partner and Office Platform Executive at Stream Realty, he led office investments and brokerage services for the Austin market—becoming the youngest equity partner in the firm’s 28-year history.
He’s a three-time finalist for Austin Office Deal of the Year and was Stream’s top office producer from 2019–2022, transacting on over $3.0B in office properties.
He attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated from Johns Hopkins University.

Vice President, Investments & Asset Management
Ryan brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate and private equity. During his time at Granite REIT, he helped grow the firm’s portfolio from $3.9B to $9.0B through strategic acquisitions, developments, and dispositions.
He has transacted on more than $2.0B in commercial real estate over the past five years.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin (McCombs).

Vice President, Leasing & Operations
A West Point graduate (Class of 2012), Blake served a decade in the U.S. Army’s 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), earning the Ranger Tab, Sapper Tab, Special Forces Tab, and Bronze Star Medal.
Following his military service, Blake earned his MBA from the University of Texas (McCombs) and went on to develop, own, and operate a boutique hotel in Round Top, Texas.
